Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are usually possible — tell us when you book and we arrange it free of charge whenever the room is free.
Children under 12 enter the park free and stay free in their parents' room using the existing beds. Cots and extra beds are available on request.
Yes, small pets are welcome in the Forest Villas — a per-night cleaning fee applies and is stated in your offer. Hotel rooms and suites stay pet-free, while assistance dogs are welcome everywhere on site.
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival and you get a full refund. After that only the first night is charged. Major concert dates can carry different terms — they are stated in your confirmation email.
