FAQ

Frequently asked.

The six questions we hear most often, answered briefly.

Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

On ordinary days you can buy at the gate. On concert, festival and holiday days the park fills up quickly — buy online in advance and skip the queue.

Are children under 12 really free?

Yes, all year round. No ticket is needed for them, they simply walk in with an adult. We may ask for proof of age at the gate.

How does the park credit work?

Every paid ticket carries park credit. It is stored in the QR code on your ticket and can be spent the same day at any café, restaurant or store on the boulevard.

Is the park open when it rains?

Yes. The indoor halls, the restaurants and the covered part of Limuland are open in any weather. Open-air events can be postponed in bad weather — your ticket then moves to the new date.

Can I pay by card or should I bring cash?

Every till takes cards and cash. On the boulevard you can also settle part of the bill with the park credit on your ticket.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, small pets are welcome on a lead. The pool zone, the playgrounds and the indoor restaurants are the exceptions.
